• at least 6 hours of boat work per cadet day

• Sailing, Pulling and Power training can be carried out

• Weekends are much more effective than a half day visit

• Increase chance for cadets to get qualified

• Greater opportunity to inject a fun element

• Both staff and cadets can get trained

• You must book 7 days in advance
